Apsom Infotex ties up with MultiCam USA to sell their routers

Apsom Infotex recently announced its agreement with MultiCam Inc., USA, a provider of CNC cutting solutions for 3D signage solutions. MultiCam has been manufacturing CNC cutting machines for more than 20 years. Its products include routers, plasma, laser, water jet and knife cutting machines. The products have been installed in more than 50 countries and are used for sign making, cabinet making, furniture production, woodworking, metalworking, HVAC, aerospace, marine construction, solid surface and plastics fabrication.

Apsom Infotex ties up with MultiCam USA to sell

We talked with Mr. M. S. Dadu, Director of Apsom Infotex to know more about the tie up. “MultiCam is one of the biggest manufacturers of routers with 60 per cent share of the world market and Apsom Infotex is a leading distributor in India. The tie up brings these two biggies together. The aim is to bring reliable routing solutions to customers in India. We will be selling the Waterjet and CNC Plasma series of routers. There are various applications of these routers, but we will sell it especially for the 3D signage industry.”

Some of the key features of CNC Plasma are -- custom engineered aluminium extrusion design for high strength and rigidity, high-speed contouring, user-friendly MultiCam controller, material database, downdraft table, self adjusting pressure foot, precision dual X-axis drives, 8 MB memory with unlimited file size transfer capabilities, standard Ethernet or RS232 direct connections. The Waterjet series have a similar set of technology features and Apsom plans to offer both abrasive and non-abrasive waterjet cutters to the Indian market.
